Everyone is invited to the weekly Project Backpack Car Cruise In for pizza, fun and cool cars. Bring a car to show, or just come see them. The Cruise-In is the single biggest fundraiser for Helpline's Project Backpack, which raises money to provide kids with school supplies. Bainbridge Uncorked - 7 island wineries"Our Salish Sea" Beach Seining
Sat., Aug. 14

Join the Bainbridge Island beach seine team for Saturday events on 8/14, and 8/21. A survey of the catch is conducted to measure and estimate the abundance and distribution of fish populations, after which the catch is released. Beach seining is a great way to learn about the nearshore environment and marine ecology from a hands-on perspective. It's also a lot of fun.
