VINEYARD LANE is an award winning Built Green residential community. The 45-unit project preserves and enhances the natural environment, maximizes energy-efficiency, is built with sustainable products, and features residences with interesting building forms and efficient floor plans.

A pleasant blend of flats, penthouses, cottages and town houses, ranging in size from 865 s.f. to 2,400 s.f., cascades down the sloping site in clustered groups. Shared common spaces, such as the Grapevine Inn and Bistro, which serves as a "community living room" for large gatherings and catered events, and four bed and breakfast units for visiting house guests, maximize efficient planning.

An adjacent ravine, with its tall trees and native plants, was incorporated into the site design as a buffer that wraps the development in seclusion. Every unit faces out to a large interior courtyard with extensive gardens, two ponds and a connecting water feature.

Vineyard Lane won Kitsap County's 2006 Earth Day Award for Green Building, and is the County's first multi-family development to achieve a three star Built Green rating.
