To increase your enjoyment of living:

1.  We could learn a lot from crayons... Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.
 
2.  Grilled Vegetable and Goat Cheese Sandwich: Brush zucchini and red onion slices with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cook on a grill pan for 8-10 minutes. Spread 1 ounce herbed goat cheese on 2 pieces toasted multigrain bread, and top with roasted red peppers, zucchini, and red onion. Serve with 2 cups mesclun greens, drizzled with fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil.

3.  Hula hoop workout: use a 3-pound hula hoop for 30 to 40 minutes a day and shed some of those unwanted pounds! Start by marching in place for 3 minutes as a warm-up. Then spin the hoop around your waist for 3-5 minutes.Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes forward and hands holding the hoop in steering-wheel position. Lift your right leg to the side twice while turning the hoop to the right. Next, lift your left leg to the side twice while turning the hoop to the left. (That's one rep.)
