 Sacred Rocks Events
- April 3, 2009: In Quest of a Healthy Life - experienced workshop leaders will lead a 3-hour class in understanding how the mind controls stress in a positive or negative way and, can ultimately, bring about illnesses, and what you can do to improve the quality of your life today!
- April 4, 2009: GeoCaching Easter Egg Treasure Hunt - adults are invited as well as children. If you don't know what this is, it is a great time to learn. The participants will be given a list of coordinates to follow, and a prize will be given to the family or group with the most captured eggs.
- April 4, 2009: 'Hug a Tree' Survival Skills Class for Adults & Children - if you or a loved one were separated and became lost in the wilderness, do you have the skills to survive overnight until you are rescued or find your way to safety? Taught by expert Search & Rescue trainer, Viki Mason, this course takes advantage of the natural surroundings of the reserve, so you gain "hands-on" experience in the great outdoors.
- The Mountain Women's Club - women of all ages are invited to join our club on Thursdays from 10:00am - 11:30am. Meetings cover a variety of topics from how to make lip balm, to chair yoga, cooking, flat belly tips and many many more! Come together and create an organization FOR WOMEN, FUN, LEARNING, and SHARING wisdom of generations.
- Extensive Journaling class - join us on Tuesdays at 2:30pm - 3:30pm and Saturdays at 11:00am - noon to open, discover and explore your inner wisdom. Bring a loose leaf book, paper, set of dividers and a pen and learn from a certified, intensive journaling instructor how to understand who you are and why you're here. - Yoga class - Join us on Tuesdays at 1:00pm - 2:00pm and Saturdays at 9:30am - 10:30am for introductory yoga focusing on pain / stress release. Through these gentle classes you will rejuvenate both body and mind. Call (619) 766-4480 for more information. [$5 per class or $20 for 5 classes]

2. Spring is definitely here at Sacred Rocks Reserve with beautiful wildflowers blooming of all different kinds and colors: red, yellow, blue, white... Come see for yourselves! Enjoy a photo-safari as you hike along our nature trails and take in the sweet and fresh scent of Spring air.
3. Spray a bit of perfume on a light bulb in any room to create a lovely light scent in each room when the light is turned on.

Sacred Rocks Reserve & RV Park is a 163-acre wilderness reserve with RV and tent camping sites (formerly Outdoor World RV Park),
is located near Boulevard, California, approximately 65 miles East of
San Diego along Interstate 8, at the head of the Pacific Crest Trail. We
