Prescott Family Foundation Grant
In November, the Prescott Family Foundation of West Bend awarded Badger Childhood Cancer Network a generous $10,000 grant toward our General Operating Budget. We are truly grateful for the support of the Prescott family, which gives us critical resources to provide emotional support, educational materials, direct assistance and advocacy for families, day in and day out, all year long.

Volunteer Rebeca Liebl
Honored by UW Health

Rebeca Liebl has been a dedicated volunteer for five years. She has created beautiful logos, posters, brochures, billboards and bus ads for Suzy's Run/Walk and done all the development of the increasingly complex Suzy's Run/Walk web site. Her generous and creative spirit and love for the kids we serve shine through in the hundreds of hours she has put into volunteering to make us look good! Rebeca is an interpreter at UW Hospitals and Clinics, and was one of three employees who were chosen to receive a Community Service Award from UW Health at a ceremony on October 3rd. Rebeca's award was presented by Donna Katen-Bahensky, President and CEO of UW Hospital and Clinics. BCCN received a $500 donation in Rebeca's honor at the ceremony. Read more at this link and see a video of Rebeca talking about her volunteer work. Congratulations, Rebeca!
