You can save a life!  One of our moms has organized the 2nd annual Childhood Cancer Awareness Blood Drive, hosted by Prairie Creek Church in Sun Prairie.

Kids and teens with cancer often need red blood cell transfusions and platelet transfusions.  Your blood donation can save the life of a child in our community.  It's easy and you'll feel so proud!  Click to read the eligibility requirements to be a blood donor.

Young people are supervised by UW Occupational Therapy grad student volunteers while adults have chat time.  Mini-golf, arcade play, heated driving range, games, crafts - something for everyone!

Kick off Childhood Cancer Awareness month by supporting kids and families who are fighting the battle every day!  Bring your friends, family and co-workers together to Run or Walk with Suzy for our largest annual awareness and fund raising event on Labor Day Weekend in Middleton.  Learn more at www.suzyrun.com

Can't make it but would like to donate?  Pledge Online!

The pledges you raise will fund our support group, social events for kids and families, gas cards to get kids back and forth to treatments, New Diagnosis Bags, Hero Beads, and educational materials.  They will also support our critically important financial assistance program, helping with  rent/mortgage, utilities, car repairs, phone bills, transportation expenses and groceries for families of kids in our area who are fighting cancer.
