Get to Know a Kid Fighting Cancer
Hi! My name is Morgan and I have acute Leukemia.
I
love going to the Kalahari. I have four cousins. I am in first
grade. I have two cats. I love to sing and make up my own songs. I
like to roller skate and go fishing on Virgie's boat. I like going
horseback riding with my cousin Anna. I like doing crafts and making
jewelry. I
like to play tricks on my doctors and nurses. My doctor, Andi, is
really smart, nice, kind of funny, and she takes good care of me.
Sharon is my nurse. She makes me laugh and we have competitions.
Jodie, Carly, Jill, and Mary are cool, too! So Morgan, here are a few questions for you. 1) What's your favorite word? 2) What's your favorite way to spend the day? 3) What is the most fun thing you and your brother do together? 4) Who is the funniest person you know? 5) What magic power would you most like to have? 6) If you could have any animal for a pet, it would be a_________?
Morgan's answers, as told to Mom and Dad:
1) Morgan's
favorite word is puppy! 2) She loves to spend her days swimming in her
pool and going on bike rides. She also enjoys having friends over and
spending the night at grandma and grandpa's house.
3) With her brother,
she plays ninjas, superheroes, Wii, and play-doh.
4) The funniest person
she knows is her mommy.
5) For a magic power, Morgan would like to be
able to throw lava and do magic.
6) If she could have any pet, it would
be a German Shepherd.Thanks, Morgan!
