Ms. Barbara Santiano graduated with a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management in '97 from NGS/U. She was nominated for the prestigious Feigenbaum Medal by the ASQ Boston Section's leadership team after serving two years as the section's chairperson ('03-'05). The Feigenbaum Medal was awarded to Ms. Santiano for "displaying outstanding characteristics of leadership, professionalism, and potential in the field of quality; and whose work has been, or will become, of distinct benefit to mankind." NGS/U Joins Forces with
Military Healthcare
 On June 23-24, 2010, representatives from NGS/U including President & Founder, Dr. Robert Gee, will attend and exhibit at the Military Healthcare Convention and Conference (MHCC) at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
The MHCC is a "national military event where healthcare professionals, both military and non-military, can come together to discuss the latest in the continuum of care, technology advancements and best practices in their discipline." Meet Your Professor Deborah Seabron, Chief, Plans, Analysis & Integration Office (PAIO) U.S. Army Garrison, Ft. Sam Houston, TX
Ms. Seabron was appointed to the Fort Sam Houston Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office (PAIO) when the Garrison underwent a major realignment in October 2004. She currently serves the Chief of PAIO responsible for Garrison strategic planning, statistical reporting, staff development, competitive sourcing, process improvements and customer service management. She is also the Deputy Deployment Director for the Garrison's Lean/Six Sigma program. Ms. Seabron has served a total of 33 years of federal civil service in various positions and agencies that include the Army, Air Force and the Internal Revenue Service. She completed a Department of Army Internship in Auditing in 1987 and Fort Sam Houston Auditor Internship in 1989. Possessing a broad background of work expertise, Ms. Seabron uses her extensive knowledge in finance/comptrollership, military pay, budgeting, auditing, contingency planning, antiterrorism, operations, mobilization, and equal opportunity. She has successfully advanced in levels of responsibility during her civil service career by advancing from mail/file clerk to Director representing a career grade progression from GS-3 to GS-14. As Director of the Fort Sam Houston Readiness and Logistics Business Center she held responsibility for 169 employees and an annual budget of $4.7 million.
