Big news just keeps coming from the Gurney house!  Jennifer, our oldest, just got engaged on November 22nd . Her fianc�, Dave, is a really great guy. However, he does have a couple of issues; the first and biggest is that he is a Yankees fan...and I don't mean a fair-weather Yankees fan, I mean a die hard Yankees fan! Secondly, he is a NY Giants fan...although, I can live with that - at least he is not a Jets fan.  All kidding aside, he is a really great guy and I am sure he will treat Jennifer like a princess and she will treat him like a prince.  This could mean two weddings in 2011 for the Gurney house...poor Charlotte.

Onto other big news, Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday's to everyone! May this Christmas season be filled with family, friends and heart-warming memories. The Christmas lights are going up, fireplaces are burning  and snow will be falling soon. Kids will be coming home from college and everyone will be getting together. May each and every one of us count the blessings that God has bestowed upon us. Let's enjoy our families, in a special way this year, making sure each one of them knows how special and loved they are.
