SPRING 2012 MENU ROLL-OUT IS COMPLETE

 

With the release of Chef Lacy's 2nd Phase of the Spring Menu, we have completed our transition into the season of rebirth.

 

The menu is chock full of the wonderfully fresh flavors of spring including morel mushrooms, ramps, spring onions, spring dug parsnips, fiddleheads, nettles, rhubarb, lamb, fresh fish, and more.

Earth Day 2012 HAPPY EARTH DAY 2012

Earth Day 2012 is today and Tastings has put together special 3 and 5-course Prix Fixe menus that are composed entirely of dishes incorporating ingredients from local farms.

 

Supporting local farms is one of the things we are most proud of at Tastings and we encourage you to taste the difference that a meal sourced locally makes.

 

Local sourcing reduces our carbon footprint, keeps funds in the local economy and just plain TASTES BETTER!  A portion of the proceeds from each Earth Day dinner we serve will be donated to the Chefs Collaborative.  Learn more at the links below:

We are thrilled to announce our latest wine dinner with the venerable Wagner Family of Wines from Napa Valley. The Wagner's presence in Napa dates to 1880 when current patriarch, Chuck Wagner's, great grandfather first made wine for Beaulieu Vineyard.
 
How does a reception with passed hors d'oeuvres followed by SIX courses of Chef Lacy's incredible cuisine, each expertly paired with the amazing wines of the Wagner Family sound to you?
