TUESDAY NIGHT TASTING
April 17th, 7 to 9pm
Spring has definitely sprung here in New England and we want to pay homage to this season of rebirth with a tasting of wines that pair perfectly with the delicate flavors on display in Chef Lacy's Spring Menu.
We will be tasting a Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, a Viognier and Rose from Provence, and a Riesling from Germany. These wines are sure to kick your dormant white wine taste buds into gear and get you ready for a Spring and Summer of delicious food friendly wines.
As usual, if you join us for the tasting and then stay for dinner and order an entree with a value of at least $20, we will refund the $15 tasting fee on your final check.

EARTH DINNER 2012
April 17 - April 22
What is an Earth Dinner, you ask? An Earth Dinner is a series of events sponsored by Chefs Collaborative and Organic Valley to promote local, sustainable and organic foods. Over 100 restaurants around the country are participating in this event and donating a portion of the proceeds to help our organization to do our work. Organic Valley will then provide a matching contribution up to $10,000!
Tastings will be offering a special three course Earth Dinner Prix Fixe menu starting on Tuesday, April 17th through Saturday, April 21st. Then, on Earth Day, Sunday, April 22nd, we will be culminating the week with a 5-course Earth Day Dinner. These menus will feature a special selection of dishes that feature sustainably grown local produce and meats from area farms. Show your support for local farms by joining us one day next week for one of these special dinners. Learn more at the links below:
