You are not going to want to miss Tastings' Valentines Weekend and Day celebrations. We are offering up a decadent selection of delicious ingredients superbly assembled by Chef Lacy and paired with incredbile wines by GM & Wine Director Mike Cicciarella. Choose from starters like Hudson Valley Foie Gras or Oysters Rockefeller... Entrees like Lobster Risotto, Braised Lamb Shank, or Muscovy Duck.... Desserts like Blood Orange Creme Brulee, Lemon Tart Glace or a special chocolate tasting with salted peanut butter ice cream. There will also be champagne and cocktail specials galore. In addition, on Tuesday we will be joined by guitar phenom Steve Marchena who will be playing some incredibly romantic classical guitar tunes. The Europeans may not be winning high marks for how they are handling their financial affairs, but they still know how to make damn good wines. At our next Tuesday Night Tasting, we will be pouring some delicious European red wines from France, Italy and Spain.
