NEW YEAR'S EVE AT TASTINGS
Saturday, December 31st, 8pm to 1am
We've finalized all the details for what promises to be the best party we've thrown all year...and we've thrown some doozies! Picture this...
You walk in and are greeted with a welcoming flute of Moët & Chandon champagne. You stroll out to the patio and notice that it has been transformed into a Winter Wonderland. At one end you see an inner illuminated ice bar & sculpture chock full of more Moët, frozen shots of Belvedere vodka, a selection of incredible Belvedere cocktails, and Casa Lapostolle wines. No need to hurry...this bar will be open for 3 hours and it is included in your $150 ticket price. At the other end, is a raw bar stocked with a selection of east coast oysters and Belvedere oyster shooters.
You stroll back inside and see an appetizer station chock full of our house-made charcuterie, winter vegetable terrine, our delicious duck fat popcorn, marinated olives and an Artisan Cheese Board. Throughout the evening we will be offering hearty passed hors d'oeuvres including such delicasies as venison tartar, Ossetra caviar, and foie gras terrine. All this, and the Pièce de résistance has not even arrived at the party yet.
But wait... look for Chef Ben and his staff to arrive with a hot carving station with whole roasted suckling pig, truffled potato gratin, roasted brussel sprouts and red eye gravy.
Save room for dessert because we will have assorted petit fours, Valrhona chocolate truffles, and chocolate dipped strawberries and apricots.
Don't forget your dancing shoes either because we are transforming the main dining room into a place to mingle, dance and party the night away and just before midnight we will provide you with a champagne toast and party favors.
