JOIN US FOR A VERY SPECIAL FUNDRAISING EVENT TO BENEFIT THE HUNAKAI STUDIO
SCHOOL OF FINE ART
Sunday, May 22nd 2 to 5pm
We are delighted to be partnering with the Hunakai Studio School of Fine Art in Foxboro for an "Afternoon of Art, Wine & Music". This jam-packed event will include a delicious wine tasting, passed and stationed hors d'oeuvres, the phenomenal classic guitar stylings of Steve Marchena, and local artists working live on their latest creations. The artists' work will be available for sale and there will be a special silent auction of a commission for an oil-on-canvas family portrait by renowned artist and gallery owner Carla Carey. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Hunakai's art education efforts.
Hunakai Studio School of Fine Art actively encourages lifelong involvement with the visual arts for people of all ages, backgrounds and ability in Southeastern New England by offering a quality program of curriculum-based art education in a nurturing environment and by sponsoring a wide variety of cultural events for local communities.
Hunakai Studio of Fine Arts, Inc. was established as a 501(c)(3) in April of 2005. The school was created to fill a need for high quality professional arts programs accessible to all residents in the communities south of Boston. They offer ongoing visual arts classes for all ages, skill levels and incomes.
