 TASTINGS SPRING MENU SPOTLIGHT
We're starting the first in a series of spotlight presentations on notable dishes from our current menu. This week we are highlighting our Hopkins Southdowns Spring Lamb dish that is available now at Tastings.
This delicious and classic Spring dish features braised Hopkins Southdowns lamb over a bed of fresh green lentils, and fiddleheads, and is finished with tztatziki and preserved orange. The lamb was lovingly raised by Donald and Debra Hopkins at their beautiful farm in North Scituate, Rhode Island.

This dish couples a classic spring protein with fresh and only recently available greens and beans that just scream SPRING!!! It is accompanied by a wonderful Greek-inspired tzatziki which is comprised of greek yogurt and cucumbers with fresh mint and dill. This has quickly established itself as one of our guests' favorite dishes from the recently released Spring Menu. Come see for yourself what all the fuss is about. |
