Join us as we open a few of the new RED additions to our wine list.  This Tuesday nights' line up will span the globe from a racy Pinot Noir from the Bouchard family in the Burgundy region in France to California Cabernet whose flavors are all about chocolate.    Yes that California Cab belongs to Mr. Joseph Carr who will be at Tastings for a wine dinner later this month.  Also on the docket are two of my favorite recent finds.  A Gigondas from the outstanding 2007 vintage that we can actually pour by the glass(!), and a Zinfandel from our favorite American 'Negociant' Cameron Hughes.  We have been thrilled with their performance so far, but we still wanted to open them for a tasting and let them do all the talking.
