 We are thrilled to be introducing a series of very exclusive wine dinners this Spring. We will kick-off the series on Thursday, March 31st.
We will be welcoming noted winery owner, winemaker and award-winning sommelier Joseph Carr to Tastings for a very special dinner. Chef Matt Maue and GM/Wine Director Scott Shoer have been working overtime to put together a delicious menu that is expertly paired with Joseph's phenomenal California wines. We also love the fact that he is a bi-coastal commuter and lives with his family on the Cape. In fact, you can read a great article in Cape Cod Life Magazine that provides more background on Joseph's unique journey to where he is today.
We will also have upcoming dinners with Far Niente, Silver Oak, and others. Stay tuned for more details on these events.

Manager Mike Cicciarella has been scouring through demo CDs and talking to alot of industry contacts to find new acts for Tastings Wednesday Night Live Music Series and he has discovered some really great talent lately. Join us this Wednesday when Evan Katz will be making his Tastings debut. Evan is a young guy with serious passion for music and it really shows. This guy will knock your socks off with his soulful vocals. Don't take our word for it...check it out for yourself by clicking Evan's picture and listen to some of his tunes.
