Thanks so much for your patronage! When my husband & I first decided to open Tastings back in the Spring of 2007 we knew that we were embarking on a trip over uncharted waters for us.  Neither of us had even worked in a restaurant, much less construct and open a brand new one in an unproven retail concept like Patriot Place.  What we knew is that we genuinely enjoy the company of friends and family and wanted to create a place where local people could mingle in a comfortable, attractive environment and enjoy truly delicious and healthy food and drink.  Little did we know that the dark storm clouds of the country's worst recession in our lives were gathering when we opened our doors in September 2008.  We persevered through some time tough times and as we head into our third year of operation we want to thank you for your continued support. While dining recently at Tastings, we noticed a large group gathering in the Wine Room and saw that many had gifts, greeted each other with hugs, kisses and handshakes and settled in for a special meal on a cold night.  We were so gratified to see this as it caused us to reflect on why we opened Tastings in the first place.  We were so grateful that these guests chose Tastings for this meal and let them know so before they left late that evening. This experience is the motivation for reaching out to all of the many guests who have enjoyed similar experiences at Tastings.  We have all survived some difficult times together and as the economy gradually improves we want to continue to be the local, friendly, independently-owned restaurant that you choose for your drinks after work, dinner & a movie, date night, corporate private event, or just a really good dinner with good friends and family.   Wishing you health and happiness this Holiday Season and prosperity in the New Year.
