Jim Torrey has been playing around the South Shore and Boston area since 1996. The Torrey name is known throughout the Plymouth waterfront district. He can put on a show to satisfy any crowd, playing tunes to suit all ages like Jimmy Buffet, Neil Young, Elvis, Garth Brooks, Van Morrison, and many others. Come on out and enjoy some great food and drinks at the cosiest live music venue in the area. |
 Strawberry Dessert Festival
June 11 to July 4th
Nothing says summer like fresh, ripe strawberries. We are participating in the 3rd Annual Mass Farmers Market Strawberry Dessert Festival from June 11th - July 4th, during which we will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of our themed dessert to the Federation of Mass Farmers Markets. We are offering a carbonated rhubarb and strawberry float made with Oake Knoll Ayrshires Fromage Blanc ice cream. The strawberries and rhubarb come from our friends at Wards Berry Farm in Sharon, MA. This dessert is crazy good so be sure to order one next time you're in Tastings and help support our local family farms!

Drew Bledsoe recently hosted a function at Tastings to release the very first vintage of his Doubleback Cabernet Sauvignon. This is not your average celebrity wine where the only involvement the celebrity has is to put his name on the label. Drew & Maura literally started from the ground up when they purchased a site in Walla Walla, WA, selected and planted vines, and hired one of the best winemakers in the world, Chris Figgins of Leonetti Wine Cellars. This is seriously good wine and has won accolades from the likes of Robert Parker and Wine Spectator. We have a limited "stash" of Doubleback and to make it even more valuable, we had Drew sign each bottle. If you want to splurge on a fantastic wine, ask Scott or your server for a bottle on you next visit. This limted edition collector's item will not last long.
