EARTH DINNER 2010
Our special 3-course menu will be based on the markets' availability on April 22, 2010. Chefs Garcia & Maue will be visiting local farms and farmers' markets early tomorrow morning to select the absolutely freshest available ingredients. Our goal is to provide a meal from farms within 10 miles of Tastings doors.
The Earth dinner menu will be offered in addition to our just released Spring menu. Wine pairings will be available upon request using organic and biodynamic wines from our wine list.
April 22, 2010 is the 40th anniversary of Earth Day and restaurants around the country are celebrating by holding Earth Dinners. Tastings is proud to bring you the abundance of local, organic and sustainable products on our seasonal menus on a daily basis and Earth Day is a way to celebrate our commitment to supporting a sustainable food system.
