Tuesday Night Tastings will feature delicious and unique Italian white wines from some of the best terroir for white wines in the world. Join us as we "visit" Veneto, Sardinia, and Campania to taste some of the best white wines that Italy has to offer. This is not another "me-too" tasting of bland, watered down wines...these babies are delicious and unique... Garganega, Vermentino and Greco di Tufo grapes will be featured.

Our special 3-course menu will be based on the markets' availability on April 22, 2010 to provide you with the freshest available, produce, meat and seafood. The Earth dinner menu will be offered in addition to our just released Spring menu. Wine pairings will be available upon request using organic and biodynamic wines from our wine list.
April 22, 2010 is the 40th anniversary of Earth Day and restaurants around the country are celebrating by holding Earth Dinners. Tastings is proud to bring you the abundance of local, organic and sustainable products on our seasonal menus on a daily basis and Earth Day is a way to celebrate our commitment to supporting a sustainable food system.
