NEW MENU RELEASE IS ON TUESDAY, APRIL 13TH
Chefs Garcia & Maue have been working overtime to craft an amazing spring menu loaded with the best the season has to offer including new dishes incorporating duck, lamb, seafood, carrots, fiddleheads, spring onions, asparagus, and lots more. Spring is a chef's favorite season due to the abundance of super-fresh ingredients after a long cold winter. Come taste what Rich & Matt have whipped up for you starting Tuesday, April 13th.
In addition, Scott Shoer has been busy putting the finishing touches on the latest revisions to our Wine Spectator award winning wine list and we will be rolling out the new list on Tuesday also. Our special 3-course menu will be based on the markets' availability on April 22, 2010 to provide you with the freshest available, produce, meat and seafood. The Earth dinner menu will be offered in addition to our just released Spring menu. Wine pairings will be available upon request using organic and biodynamic wines from our wine list.
April 22, 2010 is the 40th anniversary of Earth Day and restaurants around the country are celebrating by holding Earth Dinners. Tastings is proud to bring you the abundance of local, organic and sustainable products on our seasonal menus on a daily basis and Earth Day is a way to celebrate our commitment to supporting a sustainable food system. |
