Happy St. Patrick's Day |
Join us on Tuesday, March 17th for a special "Green Wine" tasting!
No, not the color green (ewww), but fantastic wines from an early Russian River Valley pioneer, Davis Bynum. Davis Bynum was one of the very first California wineries to implement sustainable viticultural and winemaking practices.

In addition, we will feature two wines from Rodney Strong Vineyards. including their Chalk Hill Chardonnay which is to die for! We will also be serving Cashel Irish Blue Cheese. Cashel Bleu is a semi-soft cow's-milk blue cheese. It is Ireland's very first handmade farmhouse blue cheese and is made by a husband and wife team on a farm in Tipperary, Ireland. Click the logo below to learn more about this unique family farm.
Plan on staying for dinner during which we will be serving two very special dishes in addition to our regular menu. These include:
- Organic Irish Trout that will be shipped fresh overnight from Ireland. The trout will be served in a cream & honey sauce with boiled new potatoes and watercress.
- "Bangers & Mash". Tastings take on this Irish tradition will include wild boar sausage with creme fraiche fingerling mash potatoes.
