Wines from The Hess Collection of Napa Valley
Join us for this week's wine tasting event during which we will be featuring wine from Donald Hess' beautiful and rugged Mt. Veeder Estate.
Donald Hess' European perspective led him to choose Mount Veeder, 2,000 feet above sea level with its diverse mix of exposures, thin volcanic and sedimentary soils, and low yielding vines. He understood that grapes grown on the mountains express themselves differently than those grown on the valley floor. Hess Collection Mount Veeder wines reveal the mountain's personality of complexity, intensity and structure.

Pinot Braised Short Rib with boursin polenta and garlic roasted wild mushrooms
with Saintsbury Garnet Pinot Noir
3rd Course Classic Creme Brulee with almond biscotti, fresh berries with Soleil Late Harvest Viognier

Join us on Tuesday, March 17th for a special "Green Wine" tasting!
No, not the color green (ewww), but fantastic wines from an early Russian River Valley pioneer, Davis Bynum. Davis Bynum was one of the very first California wineries to implement sustainable viticultural and winemaking practices.
We will have some Irish cheeses on hand to compliment the "Green Wine"

We will also have some Irish "inspired" small plates featured for those who plan on staying for dinner.
