Tuesday Night Tastings - January 20, 2009
Wines from Languedoc - Roussillon
Join us for this week's wine tasting event during which we will be featuring several wines from the Langeudoc-Roussillon region of France.
The Languedoc-Roussillon region of France is one of the largest wine growing regions of the world and wine grapes have been cultivated here for over 2,000 years. 40% of France's wine production comes from this important region in the south of France along the Mediterranean Sea. This region alone produces more wine than the entire United States!
