Tuesday Night Tastings, January 6, 2009
Join us in our wine room as our Tuesday Night Tasting series kicks off a new year of delicious wines. This week, back by popular demand, are the delicious wines from Santo Wines on the beautiful island of Santorini, Greece. We originally featured these wines back in October and so many people enjoyed them we decided to bring them back for an encore.
Wine from the islands that gave us Dionysus, the Greek God of Wine has to be fantastic!

Cracked Black Olive Salad of organic greens, edible flowers, burnt orange, pistachios, shaved red onions and orange blossom vinaigrette served with Geisen Sauvignon Blanc 2nd Course
Duck Ham with spiced granola, pickled raspberries and vanilla balsamic served with Treana, a white Cotes du Rhone style blend from California's Central Coast 3rd Course
Crisp Pork Belly "Cuban" with blueberry mustard, pickled green apple, melted leeks and manchengo "air" served with Lini Lambrusco Rosso 4th Course
Milk & Honey Cake served with Mer Soleil Late Harvest Viognier
