Ocean House Resort Hotel Turns to
Kolbe for Restoration and Protection |

|
For more than 135 years, The Ocean House resort hotel in Watch
Hill, R.I., offered one of New England’s most spectacular ocean
views. Serious structural issues forced its closure in 2003, but
in 2007 the $140 million restoration project broke ground on the
original site and was completed in 2010. See how Kolbe’s K-Force
impact products help to restore and protect this spectacular hotel.
