There has been alot of concern about the safety of over the counter cough syrup. During this cold and flu season try a natural cough syrup that really soothes and stops the cough.
Add 3 Tablespoons of dried Thyme to one pint boiling water.
Let cool, then add one cup of honey.
Take one teaspoon every hour as needed.
You can store this mix in the fridge for up to three months.
