Welcome
Hello ,
MOLINE LOCATION NOW OPEN!!!!
Thank you all for supporting us over the past two years in Bettendorf, Iowa. We are delighted to be the first Max Muscle store to open in the state of Illinois. It was a lot of work over the past month to make this a reality but we are now open and happy to make it more convenient for our Illinois customers. We've been open just over a week and already have made many new friends.
Our goal will be to do body fat assessments for you in both the Bettendorf location and Moline location and use the same file. That way you can visit either store and get your assessments with current information. We are getting a Virtual Private Network connection to make this possible and it should be complete within a week if all goes well. We are waiting for our Near Infrared unit also and expect that to be delivered this week. We can currently do assessments with bioimpedence or skin fold methods.
Come on in and see what the new store looks like.
We'll be announcing a Grand Opening celebration in our next newsletter so stay tuned...

Who is this? This is another MaxFormation contestant from the Quad Cities. It's Teresa Bravata and she is making a fantastic transition. The contest ends June 30th. I'm thinking we will have more champions coming from the Quad Cities again this year. Michele Jamison (last years champ) is working closely with Teresa. Clone?

If you like coffee and you haven't been to the Coffee Corner yet I recommend it. Josh Smith is a local business owner and his coffee shop has a large variety of drinks including coffee with MaxPro protein. There is drive up service as well as a cozy setting with tables for you to enjoy a cup and relax. Josh will treat you right.

Way back when in college I used to throw frisbee with a fellow student that lived in a small trailer just west of town. One day we got hungry and Nick prepared a chicken dish with some potatoes and I loved it. Since then I've been making it for my family and my children will request it. It's easy to make and is somewhat of a comfort food but not too far off the reservation. You can whip it together in half an hour or so and it doesn't require any special talent. Give it a try and see what you think.

Testosterone levels begin to decline in men in as they age and get into their late 30's and 40's and diminish at a constant rate thereafter. Steeper declines occur in unbound or free testosterone. Lower testosterone levels is a major risk factor for a multitude of metabolic and mental health conditions. Travinson, et al. (2007) recently published an alarming study showing that testosterone levels have dropped about 1.2% per year, or about 17% overall, from 1987 to 2004 at an accelerated rate in American males as compared to previous periods.
