Dia Techsana
Dia Techsana, "Day of the Technician," is from noon to 5 p.m. this Thursday! It is a half day of fun when afternoon classes are cancelled so students can come and enjoy music, games and activities at the Student Rec Center. Classes will end at noon. The games begins at 12:30 p.m. Team & individual competitions feature: Rock Wall climbing, Obstacle Course, Egg Toss, Jailbreak, Water Relay, Pool, Table Tennis and Domino Tournaments. Clubs will also have food and activity fundraisers.
Tips for Dia:
-Bring cash for food and club fundraiser activities (the student activities are free)
-Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellant
-Wear comfortable clothing you wouldn't mind getting wet (Water Relay)
-Wear tennis or athletic shoes for relays

College students can get Windows 7 Home Premium for $30 in a campaign through Microsoft. Since TSTC does not supply a .edu e-mail account, TSTC students must submit a digital scan of their student ID card as proof of being a student to receive the discount. Click here for more details. |

Waco College Day (rescheduled)
The Waco Chamber of Commerce and Waco businesses would like to welcome new and returning students to the city of Waco with the first "Get to Know Waco" College Day from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8 at Heritage Square in downtown Waco.
 Dugger and Electronics Parking Lot Paving
Starting Monday, Sept. 28, Waco Paving will be applying a black coating to the new parking lots along Airline Drive, this procedure will be on going through Thursday, Oct. 1. All foot and or vehicle traffic during this time should go around these designated areas.

Culinary Arts Lunches
Food Service/Culinary Arts serves gourmet lunches on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the FSC building, located on Avenue D.
