You are probably facing the prospect of reading a New Year New You missive with about as much relish as quaffing another turkey sandwich with a sweet sherry chase. As you go blinking into the grey January reality a bit broke, a tad overweight and tiny bit apprehensive about what to commit to this year take heart you are not alone.
I've always thought January should officially be a time not for de-toxing and punishing health regimes but for the Duvet Diet where you lie down more, read all the great stuff you've been meaning to get round to and chilling out through the Big Chill. Carbs be mine!
