NSW -Youth Participation Grants Program
Do you know of any young people who have some great ideas for a local project? Do they need extra funds? The Youth Action & Policy Association NSW Inc is offering a Youth Participation Grant which is a new funding opportunity for young people. If you are aged between 12 and 25 years, and living in NSW, you can apply for a youth participation grant.
The Youth Participation Grants Program gives young people the power and resources to develop and implement community activities in their local area. You can apply for up to a maximum of $5,500. There are 2 rounds of grants on offer.

Mental Health Council of Australia Capacity Development Grants
The Department of Health and Ageing has provided the Mental Health Council of Australia (MHCA) with $6 million to assist in the development of the capacity of non-government mental health organisations and other organisations delivering services relating to mental health. There are two opportunities - one-off grants of up to $40,000 or free full day workshops designed to build stronger organisations.
Community organisations delivering a mental health service earning under $3 million are eligible for a $40,000 grant and a free full day workshop for capacity development.
