Join the 2010 Provisional Class
Spread the word...it's not too late to join the 2010 Provisional Class - starting this Fall.
Joining is as easy as 1-2-3!
(1) Complete the Junior League application online at
www.jlmiami.org. Scroll down to the Prospective Members' box where you will see the application link.
(2) Once the application has been submitted, the Membership Outreach Council will contact you to conduct a brief telephone interview.
(3) Then your application will be brought before the Board for a vote. After the Board's vote, you will receive a letter welcoming you into the Junior League of Miami 2010 Provisional Class. Welcome Ladies!

Therapy Dogs
Therapy Dogs is gearing up for another successful year. Please make sure to have met all requirements by July 23rd. We are in the process of setting our first meeting; an email will be arriving to an inbox near you with a date and time. Shopping Card for a Cause
It is time, once again, to participate in the 3rd Annual Shopping Card for a Cause. Last year we raised over $18k and had over 200 businesses participate. With your support, we are confident in surpassing our goals for this year.
As a participating retailer/restaurant, you will have the opportunity to bring in new customers before the busy holiday season. All you would have to do is offer a 20% discount from October 23rd-November 7th, 2010 to card holders. Proceeds of each $50 shopping card sold fund projects and grants throughout the community.
