Willingness to Serve
Willingness to Serve Forms for 2010-2011 - due Tuesday, March 9th. Now is the time to let the 2010-2011 Leadership Team know that you would like to take on a leadership role yourself! Many opportunities to chair committees are still available. All interested members are asked to complete the Willingness to Serve. Name yourself or others who would be good leaders. |

Women Who Make a Difference
The 9th Annual Women Who Make a Difference Luncheon is only 6 days away! Have you bought your ticket? Don't miss this signature Junior League of Miami event that spotlights fabulous women in our community. Join us for the Luncheon with the Stars as we honor four amazing women: Lourdes Castillo de la Pena, Sabrina Cohen, Claudia Kitchens and Edith Osman.
Raffle tickets are on sale for $60 each or 3 for $170. The fabulous prizes include: a diamond necklace from H and H Jewelers valued at $2500, a 2 night stay at the Four Seasons Brickell and a 7 day cruise from Miami provided by Crown Cruise Vacations. Winner does not need to be present to win.
Today is also your last chance to buy a tribute or ad to be included in the event program. Contact Helen Picard if you would like to place an ad in the program.
Ticket prices are $85 a seat or $800 a table. An exclusive VIP reception begins at 11 am with tickets priced at $125 a seat or $1150 a table.

Annual Dues
DUES ARE DUE March 1st and considered late March 31st (a late fee of $25 will be applied to any dues received after that). We are going to have a table set up at the March GMM collecting dues and a credit card machine to swipe cards. You can also pay your Dues online by Clicking Here. |

Open House Events
The Membership Outreach Committee is pleased to announce the dates of our Open Houses:
Saturday, March 13th at 11 am
Thursday, April 22nd at 6:30pm
Saturday, May 1st at 11am
(All Open Houses will be held at JLM Headquarters)
We are getting ready to send out the invitations so if you know someone that you would like to see as a member of the Junior League of Miami please refer them to our website, www.jlmiami.org, to fill out their application. |
