Summer is flying by and Fall Classes will start in just 4 weeks! We hope that all of you are enjoying a little R & R this summer. Thank you to everyone who came out to see Cabaret and to support our theater camps. We hope that all of you will be able to attend Bye Bye Birdie on August 14th! 24/7 has many exciting things happening over the next 4 weeks including; yardsale, Princess and Diva Camps, a Hip Hop Workshop, the production of Bye Bye Birdie, shoe fitting days, the Back to Dance Hip Hop Party, and Tapology and K-Krew auditions just to name a few! Princess & Diva Camps
Does Your Daughter pretend to be a Princess or behave like a Diva?
 Princess or Diva Camp may be the perfect fit for her!
Princess Camp days have a different Disney Princess theme and the day is jam packed full of Princess activities with such specials as girl time, tea party, castle bounce, tumbling, crafts, story time and so much more! Princess Camp is running in:
Frederick: August 9-13 from 9am - 12:30pm
Children ages 3-6 years participate in dance, dress up, princess crafts and lots of FUN!
Diva Camp Each day has a different "Pop" theme such as Hannah Montana, Justin Beiber, Jonas Brothers, and Wizards of Waverly Place. The children will learn hip hop, street jazz, Broadway/Theater dance and the latest (appropriate) moves from popular music videos. The day also includes fun with costumes, learning the latest trends in hair and make-up, creating wearable crafts and snacks. Each camp ends the week with a performance to showcase all they have learned.
Frederick: August camp is 9th-13th for ages 6-12 years.

Come see Bye Bye Birdie at the Weinberg Center for the Arts! These kids have worked very hard and are guaranteed to delight audiences of all ages! Productions will be on Saturday, August 14th at 2pm and 7pm! Tickets are on sale NOW at the Weinberg! |
Fall Schedule Changes
There have been several changes to the Fall Schedule
TIME & CLASS CHANGES!
Combo 1 Mondays from 6:15-7:15 is now 6:00-7:00pm
Adult Ballet will be combined with Ballet 1 Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm
Ballet 1 Monday from 7:15-8:15pm will now be Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm
Intermediate Hip Hop Mondays from 6:00-7:00pm will now be combined with Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00pm
Acting Out High School Theater on Thursdays from 8:00-9:00pm will now be Mondays from 8:15-9:15pm

Referral Program
24/7 Dance Studio is once again offering a REFERRAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM for all of our dance families. You will receive a one time credit on your account of $20 for each family you refer that has never attended 24/7 Dance Studio and registers and remains in dance for the entire year. They must include your name on their registration form. You will receive this credit on your last installment payment or before if you've referred more than your last installment amount.
FREE TUITION CONTEST
If you have the most referrals under the criteria listed above (with a minimum of 10), you will be entered into a drawing and you could receive FREE TUITION for the 20010-2011 dance year. This is a value of up to $2000! (no cash value, cannot be carried over, refunded or transferred)
MAGNET CONTEST
Our staff will be on the lookout for 24/7 magnets/stickers around town beginning in August 2010. If your car is spotted by staff displaying our 24/7 car magnet or sticker, they will take down your license plate (or name if they know you). Your name/plate number will be entered into a drawing to be drawn on April 1, 2011 for $50 credit toward your last installment payment of the year. Watch for your plate number/name to be posted at the studio.

Shoe Fitting
SHOE FITTING DAYS!PLEASE NOTE CHANGE FOR FREDERICK SHOE FITTING DAYS!
The Studios will be having shoe fitting days in August! If you would like your child expertly fitted, please bring your child in and a staff member will fit your child appropriately into the dance shoes needed to start the fall session. All shoes must be paid in full and ordered. Delivery will be prior to the first day of classes. We will have new items in our Dance Boutique for your dancer such as new Spirit Wear, new shorts of different dance styles, hair snoods for the perfect ballet bun and much more so please come early and take a look around. Shoe Trader - Our used shoe option is over flowing! If you would like to purchase used shoes, please ask to see our "Shoe Trader" shoes!

K-Krew, R2-Dkrew, & Tapology Auditions Sunday August 29th
K-KREW (youth) 1:00 pm
R.2.D KREW (teen) 2:00 pm
K-Krew (youth) R.2.D Krew (teen)  Is 24/7' s Newest Addition to the Performing Family. K-Krew/R.2.D Krew is for 24/7 dance studio members who are already enrolled in a hip hop class at 24/7. Membership is by audition only. Once accepted into a Krew, you must register for the class. It is considered an hour long class and is eligible for the multiple class discounts. K-Krew/R.2.D KREW only accepts students who are willing to work hard to reach a common goal of excellence. Rehearsal Location: Rehearsals will take place at 24/7 Dance Studio, Frederick on Saturdays afternoons, time TBA .Krews will not have rehearsals on studio scheduled Holidays and breaks. Additional rehearsals may be added to the schedule as needed. TAPOLOGY 12:00 noon

24/7 YARDSALE
AUGUST 7TH FROM 7AM - 12PM
Do you have stuff you want to get rid of? You can rent 2 parking spaces at the studio parking lot for $25! Don't have the time? You can also donate your items to a great cause, our Student Repertoirre Company! All you have to do is bring your things to the studio the day of the yardsale (sorry, but we do not have the room to store it for you).
Or you can come and shop!! You know what they say...1 person's trash is another person's treasure! There is sure to be a treasure for everyone.
