A unique opportunity to learn about Ayurveda, the Indian art of healing, and how it can deepen and enhance your life and influence your yoga practice. 

A day-long yoga retreat right here in Amsterdam! 

For everyone who is interested in our Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training this is a perfect opportunity to get a mini experience of our training and meet some of the teachers. Or just experience the beautiful flow between Yoga and Ayurveda!

This day will be organised by the "Yoga Community" and the Academy of Ayurvedic Studies.
