These exhibition-related special events provide visitors a unique opportunity to view Koo Jeong A's Constellation Congress through the curator's eye, as Raymond distills her insights into the creation and realization of this three-part exhibition.

11:00 am - Children's reading and book signing by award-winning author Susan Goldman Rubin Susan Goldman Rubin lives in Malibu, California, and has written more than 45 books for young people, including Andy Warhol: Pop Art Painter, a 2007 ALA Notable Book. She has been an instructor in the UCLA Extension Writers Program for over 20 years and has also discussed her work on the Today Show, BBC Radio and C-Span. $25 general admission; $15 members, students, and seniors (includes museum admission) Dia Art Foundation is pleased to announce the world premiere of Passport, a theater piece by Robert Whitman, pioneer of multimedia installation and performances. Co-commissioned by Dia and Peak Performances @ Montclair State University, the ambitious work will be performed simultaneously in two places: outside on the banks of the Hudson River near Dia:Beacon, and indoors at the Alexander Kasser Theater at Montclair State University in New Jersey. Round-trip coach transportation will be provided on both evenings between Manhattan and Beacon at an additional cost.

For reservations, click here.Michael Lally's publications include the 2006 edition of the long poem March 18, 2003 written in protest on the eve of the invasion of Iraq and illustrated by Alex Katz with a preface by Vincent Katz. Lally has worked as a film and TV actor on shows, NYPD Blue, Deadwood, and in the film, Drugstore Cowboy. He is also the author of Lally's Alley, a blog covering poetry, movies, and politics, among other topics. Brenda Iijima was born in North Adams, Massachusetts. She is the author of Around Sea (O Books), Animate, Inanimate Aims (Litmus Press), revv. you'll-ution (Displaced Press) and If Not Metamorphic (Ahsahta Press) as well as numerous chapbooks and artists' books. She is also the editor of eco language reader (Nightboat Books) and Portable Press at Yo-Yo Labs. This series is supported in part by Barbara and Charles Wright and an anonymous donor. Anthony Huberman is a curator and writer based in New York. As Chief Curator of the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, he organized exhibitions with Gedi Sibony, Lutz Bacher, Bruce Nauman, John Armleder, and Olivier Mosset, and initiated The Front Room, an ongoing series with young artists. He has worked as a curator at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris and at Sculpture Center in New York, and is currently a Visiting Professor at Hunter College.
