Effective partnerships are developed from clear agreements, a thorough understanding of the work to be done, sufficient capacity to achieve set goals, and proper management. Developed by the Forum for Youth Investment, this toolkit guides youth advocates and professionals in building partnerships and leadership councils; aligning and strengthening coalitions, commissions, and intermediaries, and; engaging key stakeholders in setting priorities and solving problems.
