Bradford's on Bishop is a chef-owned event facility in the hip West Atlanta area. Our space is 5200 square feet including a studio style show kitchen, beautiful granite bar, catering stage area, bridal changing rooms, and meeting rooms. We also offer an outdoor garden area perfect for pre-function gathering. We are conveniently located near Atlantic Station easily accessible from Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, and Vinings.
The maximum event size is 215 people. This is a great option for planning small to medium-sized events. It is perfect for department socials, teambuilding events, networking events, rehearsal dinners, bar mitzvahs, birthdays and weddings.

Active MVP...
The MVP this time around is a trifecta. Jason, John and Matt all deserve a pat on the back for helping Active get the recognition it deserves. Each of these guys designed events that were nominated for Allies this year. These guys have been the "starters" on Team Active for about 10 years. They execute the plays that get us to the playoffs every year and work overtime to win the Allies championship. Thanks guys, for all you do.

Active got married...NOT!
The NOT Wedding produced by Atlanta Occasions Magazine was a treat for future brides to be and guests. Taking place at Puritan Mill, attendees were able to visit four different themes to get ideas for their perfect day. The event included food, drinks, fabulous door prizes and even a mock wedding, complete with bride, groom, wedding party and officiate! Okay, okay we know you are just dying to know how we fared with our 5 Allie Award nominations, so here it goes...
For Best AV Design, Best Lighting Design, Achievement, and Best Team Effort the Allies go to...
You guessed it! On April 11th at the uber chic new Atlanta Loews Hotel, Active Production and Design took home 3 Allies at the 2010 Allie Awards gala. Congratulations to Jason Shadix for being behind 2 events that got us the honor of Best Team Effort and Best Lighting Design. As well, congrats to John Fox for leading the charge again, (he won last year too!) for Best AV Design. Keep reading to learn more about these winning events.
The Big Splash and Red Hot Lounge
This was the BIG event that landed Active 2 Allie Award nominations and 1 win! A two day celebration with over 5000 attendees in three different locations, all of which required full audio, video, lighting and staging. The Georgia Aquarium, a 120ft tent erected on Pemberton Place Green Space and the Murphy Ballroom were the places to be during the Big Splash and Red Hot Lounge events that landed Active the honor of Best Lighting Design . By the way, the other event that was up for Best Lighting category...none other than Active's President Matt Clouser's event, Garden of Eden Ball. Way to stick it to the man, Jason! : )
Beeeeeee Great!
And these kids really were. This Keystone Conference brought in kids from all over the US for a conference that encouraged them to stay in school and make the most of their lives. At the Hyatt in Downtown Atlanta, teens got a chance to hear from celebrities like Usher, Mario Lopez, Ashanti, and Bow Wow about being great citizens and future adults. Active won the Allie for Best Audio Visual Design provided full production including 20ft projection screens, over 100 intelligent and conventional lights, and a line array audio system.
Best Team Effort
When these 8 companies work together nothing but success can result. Bold American Events and Catering, Button It Up, Cloth Connection, Ice Sculptures, Inc., Tents Unlimited, Helene and Company, We Rent Atlanta, DJ Rhythm, LLC and of course Active Production and Design, worked together to produce a memorable wedding in the upscale neighborhood of Buckhead Atlanta. Active added the lighting that of course was the icing on the cake of an already stunning celebration.
