SKIN CARE: SOME COMMON MISTAKES

healthy hairI'm guessing that over the years you have picked-up several beauty tips that you are using, but they possess no foundation in truth.

We all have done this. So I thought I'd compose an article or two concerning some of these mistaken beliefs in hope that I can help you.

CLOSING THOUGHTS

Did you read the complete article Skin Care: Some Common Mistakes in my blog? If not, you can go to my blog and find it there.

An interesting note: For a company to call their cosmetic skin care products "natural" they must contain 95% natural ingredients. Burt's Bees and the Natural Products Association have spearheaded a new movement to create a better standard for all of us. Hurrah!

If you would like a "hotter" Mexican Casserole, you can add a little cayenne pepper to the meat. I might suggest ½ tsp. or less.
