SKIN CARE: SOME COMMON MISTAKES |
I'm guessing that over the years you have picked-up several beauty tips that you are using, but they possess no foundation in truth.
We all have done this. So I thought I'd compose an article or two concerning some of these mistaken beliefs in hope that I can help you.
For example, did you know that oil is able to help cure oily skin, or that popping pimples won't cause them to go away, or shampooing everyday is actually not healthy for your hair?

| FOUR COMMON PROBLEMS OF AGING SKIN |

MEXICAN CASSEROLE |

Brown together: 1 lb. lean hamburger
1 chopped onion
Add: 2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
¾ c. frozen corn
Grate: 2 c. Monterrey Jack cheese
Mix together:
½ pint sour cream (light) 1 small can green hot peppers (jalapeño)
1 pint cottage cheese
½ tsp. garlic salt and a dash of pepper
1st Layer - Tortilla Chips (crushed)
2nd Layer - Meat sauce with corn
3rd Layer - Sour cream, canned green peppers, cottage cheese, garlic and salt and pepper
Sprinkle Monterrey Jack grated cheese on top of the casserole and dot it with sliced black olives.
If you like, arrange more chips around the edge of the casserole.
Bake 25 minutes at 350° in a 9" x 13" glass dish. Resource For This Article: My friend Vicki |

An interesting note: For a company to call their cosmetic skin care products "natural" they must contain 95% natural ingredients. Burt's Bees and the Natural Products Association have spearheaded a new movement to create a better standard for all of us. Hurrah!
If you would like a "hotter" Mexican Casserole, you can add a little cayenne pepper to the meat. I might suggest ½ tsp. or less.
