To be a subscriber of the IVRS online program, IADA is requiring that all current and new subscribers sign and return the The Request and Agreement form. The previous program the Association had for reporting title data was not online, this new program is and therefore, we must have everyone sign new agreement forms. This form is for your protection and it allows the association to continue to make this service available to its subscribers.
The form asks whomever is subscribing to this service does so in accordance with Idaho Code and the agreements placed forth by the Association in the Agreement form. Subscribers are not to re-sell the information that they obtain from this program and they are not to send this information to anyone but those employees that are directly associated with the particular subscribing company.
This forms purpose is to protect the IVRS subscribers and the association. If someone does not abide by the signed agreements, then that particular subscriber can be denied access to the program and all other remaining subscribers will continue to have access. This form allows the association to continue to receive the data even if one subscriber does not abide by the agreements. If this form was not in place, the Association could lose access to the Idaho State Title data.
