IVRS TITLE SEARCH
Gives subscribers the ability to search for specific details or a broad range of desired data - The Sold Price is now reported here along with the ability to sort your search by up to three different layers.
INFORMATIVE NOTES & BLUE QUESTION GUIDES Gives subscribers the ability to read more detail about the program - The welcome page has a quick note about when the program was last updated with new title data. The blue question guides give a more detailed description of the informative notes.

How to View an IVRS Dealer District Report
It is very easy to view a IVRS Dealer Report! These reports will show detailed information about each of the five districts in Idaho. Click here to see an example of a IVRS Dealer District Report. Included in these reports will be the Vin number, Make, Model, Body, Vehicle Year, Buyer Name, Buyer City, Buyer Zip and Leinholder Information. These reports are available in PDF and Excel formats.
Step 1 - Once logged into the program, click "IVRS Dealer Reports".
Step 2 - Currently there is only one report type in this section so you will need to select the month and year you would like to view. Then you choose if you would like to view the report by Sale Date or Recorded Date. (the little blue question mark will give detailed definitions of the two choices) Next, press "Go"
Step 3 - Find the district report you want to view and either save or print the PDF or Excel (CSV) version. |
