Cancionero: New Submissions and Other Music
The Cancionero Project is now accepting submissions from you.
The committee has already selected 335 songs/hymns to be included in the
Cancionero but we want your input as well. We are especially seeking new
compositions. Perhaps you know songs which are published, but not in
traditional songbooks. YOU CAN SUBMIT THOSE SONGS FOR CONSIDERATION. We want to include as much good music as
possible! To make your suggestions of
"new" materials go to the following URL <http://cancionero.submissions.madreanna.org/>. At that
site, you will find instructions, and information about the process. PLEASE act quickly as our time is limited.
Please share this information with everybody you know who might have songs to
submit -music directors, choir members, composers. Submission of songs is open
to everyone; it is not limited to Episcopalians, nor is it limited to residents
of the United States. We want "new" songs, and they have to come from
"the base" of the Christian faithful.
