Despite warmer than normal temperatures throughout the west, the South Fork of the Snake is still fishing well.  Average fish on the South Fork are also considerably larger than what we've seen in recent years. 

 

 

 

 

With the cooling temperatures the fishing should pick up again on other area waters so please call for up to date conditions.

 

Some great news - the steelhead counts are way up and fall steelhead fishing looks great!

 

 

I thought you guys might like to see a couple of these pics with your boat. By the way, she is 25 months, and hooked that fish (on a size 16 red thread midge) and rowed a short distance.  Not a bad day on the 'Horn!
