Wake Early
There are many sayings in various cultures that extol the merits of waking early. "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise" and "The early bird catches the worm" are two that almost everyone is familiar with. Following are some of the benefits of waking early: - You can get more work done if you wake up early. With everyone else asleep, you have the advantage of quiet time in which to get a head start on your day without any interruption.
- Concentration of the mind is sharper early in the morning.
- You can use the early hours in which to accomplish something important that you have been putting off.
- You can use the early morning time to think about God and all the blessings that have come your way. The pure vibrations in the atmosphere will assist you in your meditation.
- You have the time to set your goals for the day. Decide what you need to do that day and set the pace at an early hour.
- You can actually see the beauty of the rising sun and hold on to that awesome experience throughout the day.
- You have the satisfaction of getting a lot of work done early in the morning and have lots of time left for the remaining day.
Have a great day! Yours, Didi Ji |
