Words of Wisdom

Apr. 23, 2010

Dear readers,

I am not certain about the source of the following inspirational words, but the message is certainly a wonderful one.

Yours

Didi Ji
Do It Anyway

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.

Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives.

Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win false friends and some true enemies.

Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.

Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight.

Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, people may be jealous.

Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.

Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough.

Give the world the best you've got anyway.

You see in the final analysis it is between you and God.

It was never between you and them anyway.

Song of the Week
25 Gems
A beautiful song, Langar mote dagar chalat kare raar, from the album 25 Gems, has been added to our website this week. In this song, composed by Shri Maharaj Ji and sung beautifully by Sadhana Sargam in a classical style, Radha Rani is describing to her friend all the pranks that Krishna engages in when ever she is out filling water.

The song is from Prem Ras Madira, a book of 1008 devotional songs authored by Shri Maharaj Ji. Books containing the meaning of all the songs in Prem Ras Madira in Hindi as well as English are available through the Radha Madhav Gift Shop. Please send an email to secretary@radhamadhavsoceity.orgif you would like to find out more about these books.
