Join us as we enjoy a breakfast brunch (or evening salad buffet!), share in a special time of worship and hear from our women the great things God has done!

All are invited to join us for any of our three special gatherings:

Tuesday Evening, May 1st, 7-9 p.m.
Wednesday Morning, May 2nd, 9:15-11:15 a.m.
Thursday Morning, May 3rd, 9:15-11:15 a.m
.

Join us as we connect in worship, friendship and purpose. Previews of next year's studies and Pre-Registration will be available.

Words to Grow By

...how are you growing?
flowers grow

Spring brings refreshment and renewal, a blossom of new spirts of growth.
How are you growing?

Jennifer Rothchild, author, musician and Bible teacher gives us these reminders of words to grow by... the best words of all, from God's Word:

  • When you realize how powerful emotions can be... Remember to always elevate your faith above your feelings. Feelings change, but, the precepts of faith are unchanging. Always allow that which is eternal rather than temporary to govern you.
  • When you come to a sudden bump in the road... Never allow your life circumstances to define you, instead, let them refine you. Hard things are like heavenly sandpaper upon your life! God uses them to shape and mold you into a work of art. 2 Cor. 4:8-9
  • When you feel afraid... Always exercise courage even when you don't feel confident. Courage is a choice, confidence is a feeling. Ask God to help you overcome earthly fear by developing reverence for Him. The only fear that brings you wisdom is the fear of God. Fear Him, reverence Him and nothing else will shake you. 2 Tim 1:7
  • When you don't like what you see in the mirror... Look into the Mirror of God's Word. Merely glance into the bathroom mirror, but, gaze into the Mirror of God's Word. It will always show you the truth because it is the Truth. Remember that only the Word of God is eternal and it is worthy of your gaze. To look into the mirror of God's word is to see the face of God, and in doing so, you are better equipped to see who you really are. Psalm 45:11

Responding to Tragedy

...spiritual focus in confusion and disbelief
praying hands

The shootings and extreme violence last week at one of our college campuses was harsh and shocking. The reality of evil in our world is overwhelming.

How can we personally respond, and how can we reach out to others who are suffering?

Celebrating Mothers & Others

...thankful for the women God has placed in our lives

Share JOY!

  • Joy is a fruit, not a feeling. Its roots are in choice, not emotion.
  • Joy is a fruit, not a decoration. It is to be shared, not observed.
  • Joy is a fruit, not a fancy. It endures, it is not fleeting.
  • Joy is a fruit, not a gift. It costs us effort, it is not free.
  • Joy is a fruit,...the work of God's Spirit. A sweetener for our souls and a celebration of God is our lives.
