Buy your veggies and fruits fresh and eat them right away. They have the most nutrients while they are fresh. Cant buy fresh, frozen will work too

Summer is almost here and new life emerges everywhere. Time to go outside and enjoy the first rays of sun - and if it has been a while since your last workout, it's time to invest in a good fitness video, some cool accessories and a backyard or a local gym to get started toward your summer body.
