Enjoy Autumn's arrival with the goal to stay active and lean during the three most fattening months of the year, Do you know that from October to December, the average American gains eight to ten pounds that they never lose? Don't let it happen to you, map your plan of action and start the new year healthy and hot looking!

 

Go outside and enjoy the weather as often as possible before winter drives you inside the gym. Natural sunlight is a key to the cyclical depression syndrome known as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), which occurs in the fall when daylight hours start to diminish. Depression and overeating (especially carbs) often begin in the fall when daylight lessens and leads to the extra weight gained every year. Great Autumn exercises include aerobic walking, cycling, and hiking.
