July is National Fitness Month, and this is as good of a time as any to get into the gym and get fit. As you know Firehouse Gym offers all sorts of different programs, such as the popular dance workout Zumba, Kick Boxing, Yoga, Strength and Active classes and Silver Sneakers fitness for the older adults.
